Q. What is Qurvii return policy?

Ans- Qurvii follows 21 days return policy for all fresh products and 15 days return policy for discounted/sale products.

Q How do I Return a Qurvii orders?

Ans- To return a Qurvii product, you can go on the website and press the return tab. which could be found under my orders, or you can contact us (via email/call/live chat).

While returning products Qurvii gives you 2 options.

• Exchange the product
• Credit points in your Qurvii Pay

Most items are returnable (except those purchased in clearance sale). Returns are extremely easy and always free. If you don't like the merchandise for any reason, within 10 days of delivery of the item, you can process your return by visiting here. The item must be returned unused and in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Provided the item is returned unworn, in the original packaging with tags, your refund will be processed and amount debited to your original form of payment. It can take up to 7 to 10 business days for your payment method to process the refund and credit the amount to your account.

Clearance items
Only regular items may be refunded, clearance items cannot be refunded.
